Decided to share some thoughts and love of cats with some others. I have a few cats and then rescue strays and feral cats by getting them fixed and finding new homes. Right now I have a feral cat, who lives outside, that loves to mark. Does anyone have any suggestions about this. He is not indoors, but he marks the trees, the porch, the cars, the shed, the bikes...whatever is within tail distance, he gets. We wash it off, but it is getting old and I don't want my house cats smelling such and starting to do the same.

I know it is territorial behavior, but this feral is sneaky and I can't catch him, nor will he go into the live trap (smart kid he is).

If anyone wishes to share some thoughts or advice or experiences here...I would love to listen. Wishing you well, Wayne
